You have already had
this argument. Have it here.

A structural connection marked up in a revision cloud, with a corrected version drawn over it at a different angle.

Somebody in your organisation disagrees with you about the schema, the survey interval or the platform. Six rooms of practitioners are about to have the same disagreement, out loud, with the people who have run it both ways.

What we are looking for

Someone who has run the thing, not advised on it. If you can describe what broke on your last programme in one sentence, and what you did next in two, you are the person this room wants to hear.

The best sessions we produce come from people who arrived slightly reluctant, with a story they were not sure they were allowed to tell. Delivery polish is our job. The scar is yours.

You do not need a title, a talk track or a deck. You need one honest position you are prepared to defend in front of peers.

Nobody buys the question.

Partnership can include a programme position, and where it does we publish it rather than implying it. What no partnership buys is the question a session takes on. The agenda sets that, the moderator runs the room, and every session ends in open floor. The argument you bring is the reason you are there.

What the format asks

Fifteen minutes of open floor in every session. No screened questions, no moderator filtering.Panels run as arguments, not presentations. Nobody will ask for forty slides. One prep call, half an hour. We shape the argument together so you are not surprised on the day.Three actions, written down: three things the room can act on the first working day after the summit. We will help you write it.Product pitches land badly in this room, and we will tell you so before you make one.

What you get

A room of peers rather than an audience: people who understand the problem at the level you work on it.The objections your own team never says to your face, from people with no stake in being polite.Editorial follow-through: sessions become written analysis on TNF India, attributed to you.A genuine reason to talk to the asset owners, EPCs, consultants and funders in the room, from the stage rather than from a stand. One named producer who handles the day, so you only think about the content.

Where we are looking right now

Open across the agenda, and particularly these three.

The carbon data audit trailPractitioner-led walkthrough
The certificate says low-carbon. The batching log at chainage does not agree, and the lender is about to ask which one is true.Needs someone who has had to evidence an embodied-carbon claim to a lender or an auditor, and will say where the trace broke.
Head office bought the platform. The supervisor has a phone and a WhatsApp group.Needs a voice from the execution end, not another conversation about subcontractors.
What the lock-in actually costs by year seven, and whether anyone gets out.Needs someone who has moved between platforms on a live project.

If your argument does not fit any of them, say so anyway.

Yourself, or somebody better. Nominating a colleague or a peer at another organisation is welcome. We approach them ourselves, and we will not say who suggested them unless you want us to.
